Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms by the Player, an999 may withhold all or part of the account Balance pending investigation and may apply account balances toward any amounts owed to an999 by the Player.
